KMOM offers the opportunity for mothers of multiples to network with other mothers about the unique pleasures and demands of parenting multiple children. What we do: We have monthly meetings on the 4th Tuesday of every month at 6:30pm at Howard Regional Health System in the conference room at the end of the cafeteria. We provide snacks, fun, and friendship. Some of the topics discussed at our monthly meetings include breast feeding, potty training, and other challenges that our mothers are currently facing. We plan special events to socialize with our families as well as events to raise money for the club. These events will vary from year to year.We also donate and support local charities such as WWKI/We Care and Nesting Doves. What we have to offer: Upon attending your first meeting you will receive a list of 1-800 #s for companies that offer free coupons and samples of infant and family products. The clubs library is available to all members. Items include books, video tapes, and magazine articles all relating to birthing and/or parenting twins, triplets, or more.Members also receive a monthly newsletter titled Multiplicity. This newsletter keeps you up-to-date on all the events happening and other relevant information.Membership: Annual membership dues are due in full by December and will be prorated for new members.Members who wish to remain in active status must attend minimum of two meetings per year.
