Founded in 1986 as a non-profit organization to provide an outlet for the competitive soccer element of Howard County and its surrounding area.

Fields are located at the Hachet Memorial Soccer Complex on the corner of Berkley and Defenbaugh in Kokomo.

Affiliated with the Central Indiana Youth Soccer League (CIYSL) and the Greater Indiana Regional League of Soccer (GIRLS).

Operated entirely by volunteers.
