| The National Association of Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) is the only organization dedicated to protecting the earned retirement benefits of Federal employees, retirees and their survivors. NARFE's mission is to represent the long-term interests of employees, annuitants and their families.
Membership is open to civilians who are or will be eligible to receive an annuity or survivor annuity from the federal retirement programs of any agency of the U.S. Government including all Federal retirees, current Federal employees, spouses and surviving spouses of those eligible to join NARFE.
