| The Crisis Center is a not-for-profit social service agency that helps the low-income and those who are less fortunate than others. Our food pantry serves 75 to 100 people per month, and when funds are available we also try to help with rent and utilities. We have a home maintenance crew that can do anything from fixing a leaky faucet to new building construction. A lot of our home maintenance is done for the elderly, as some may lose their homes if we did not help them take care of them. We have a sliding scale which means that jobs are based on income. We also have a wood shop that makes many different items for the home or office, or we will make any special order you may have.
