| Chapel Hill Christian Church of Kokomo, Indiana is a non-denominational Christian Church established in this community over thirty years ago. Christian Churches / Churches of Christ embrace the New Testament ideal in worshiping, and serving the Lord. The Church of Christ is essentially one; consisting of all those in every place that profess their faith in Christ and obedience to Him in all things according to the Scriptures.
Our Mission Statement reads: �Our purpose as the body of Christ is to glorify God by making disciples and meeting needs, led by the Holy Spirit, obedient to the Word of God.� We want to grow because we are under Christ�s commission to disciple the world. Christian Churches and Churches of Christ are striving to go unto the ends of the earth, preaching and baptizing and teaching until the whole world knows the one Lord of all. Chapel Hill Christian Church practices weekly communion, praying in the name of Jesus Christ and studying the Bible.
Chapel Hill has been described as a friendly church where each guest is made to feel welcome. A variety of ministries are in place to continue the work of the church and programs for all ages are offered as a tool to grow in the Lord and to provide fellowship. |
