| C.A.P.S. Mission Statement To draw our community together on a united platform against those who are stealing the very innocence from our young. To make Howard County, the State of Indiana and the entire Country aware of a widespread and sweeping epidemic called Molestation. Molestation is too kind of a word. Reality would have us call it the raping of our children! To make the citizens of Howard County and the State of Indiana aware of those convicted of child sexually related crimes and where they are living in our communities. By increasing community awareness programs we will accomplish this goal. To lobby the Indiana State Legislature to mandate the necessary changes in our laws concerning the Indiana State Sex Offender Registry. To lobby the Indiana State Legislature to take measures that would strengthen the laws which are already available to deal with sexually related crimes. TO STOP THE INSANITY OF CHILD RAPE! TO STOP THOSE INSANE ENOUGH TO PERPETUATE THESE CRIMES! WE CAN ACCOMPLISH THIS! WITH YOUR HELP... WE WILL PREVAIL! |
