Full Gospel Tabernacle is a multi-faceted church. There are many ministries carried out by and through this assembly of people. We are a church that is dedicated to ministering in two directions. First of all, we seek to fulfill our ministry to humanity, both the unsaved and the �Church�. Our Mission Statement best describes Full Gospel Tabernacle�s philosophy: �To help bring as many people as possible to birth into the family of God. To help develop them to spiritual maturity, and to help facilitate the fulfillment of their personal ministries within the Body of Christ.�
Our Vision Statement best describes the way in which the mission of the church is being carried out. The following is our 2001 Vision Statement:To increase the intensity of our focus on seeking the �Face� of God, both individually (in personal devotions, etc) and corporately (in our church services and Cell Group meetings) and to let Him take us to he levels of ministry He desires for us.
2. To increase member involvement in Cell Groups and to facilitate church growth by group reproduction and �Church Evangelism.�By the grace of God and a lot of hard work and sacrifice from His people, this vision is becoming reality. Though the Doctrinal Vision of Full Gospel Tabernacle is not included in the Vision Statement, it is no less important. We as a part of the Church of the Living God are earnestly contending for the �faith which was once delivered to the saints� (Jude 3). We contend for the pure doctrine the original Apostles taught to the church before other elements brought in doctrines and practices that attempt to pervert the truth. If this church had to be classified as a denomination, it would be Apostolic simply because we want to be like the Apostolic Church we read about in the New Testament. |
