| The Kokomo Urban Enterprise Association (UEA) was established on January 1, 1990, to improve and advance the quality of life and vitality of Kokomo�s urban enterprise zone residents and businesses. Administration of the UEA is the responsibility of the City of Kokomo�s Department of Development. Staff assists zone businesses and residents to take advantage of zone tax incentives and participate in programs such as business fa�ade improvement, homeowner rehabilitation, student scholarship, and job training workshops. |
